Account & Data Deletion

At Dream Decoder, we believe you should have complete control over your personal data and dream journals. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so by following the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request the permanent deletion of your account, dream journals, and all associated usage data by contacting our support team.

Request via Email

Please send an email to support@dreamdecoder.app with the following details:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
Body: Please include the email address associated with your Dream Decoder account so we can locate your data.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request:

We will process your deletion request within 14 days.
All of your dream journals, account information, and usage data will be permanently deleted from our active databases.
This action is irreversible. Once completed, your data cannot be recovered.

In-App Deletion

Alternatively, if you still have the app installed, you can delete your account directly by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the mobile app. This will immediately and permanently purge your data from our systems.
